Hi, a few weeks ago our cone crusher stopped working due to a ''high gearbox oil temperature'' alarm caused by faulty wiring. A metso technician was called and he disabled the gearbox oil temperature sensor (KS11) as we were in a hurry to finish our job.
The wiring has been repaired this week and in order to enable the sensor again I need to access the service mode, that requires 2 codes to get in.
If someone can provide some info on this, please PM me.
I'm not calling the technician back because the current jobsite is in a remote area and I just don't want to end up paying for a 12 hours road call to do a 2 minutes job.
