Detection conditions:The Aftertreatment Control Module (ACM) registers: too high fuel pressure
Fuel pressure sensor after MV1
or
Fuel pressure sensor after MV2
Symptom:
Regeneration not possible
Possible causes:
Defective sensor
Fuel line blocked downstream
Clogged T-junction
Action
Carry out the following Tech Tool operation:
25433-3 Fuel system exhaust aftertreatment, bleeding
Check the fuel pressure
Exhaust aftertreatment system, specifications
Check if the fuel lines are clogged or broken.
Check T-junction

Exhaust gas temperature after DOC
Symptom:
Regeneration not possible
Possible causes:
Defective sensor
Damaged wire harness or connector
Leakage in MV1 or MV2.
Leaking injector
Action
Carry out the following Tech Tool operation: 28407-3 Sensor values, monitoring
Compare the sensor values.
Exhaust gas temperature before DOC
Exhaust gas temperature after DOC
Observe the aftertreatment fuel pressure
Fuel pressure sensor after MV1
