I had some hydraulic pump issues, corrected that. I have rotation and the blade works but the boom will not move up or down and the tracks won't move. There is a valve with 2 solenoids at the front of the machine, I wondering if this could be the problem

Blade and swing are done off a gear pump mounted to the back of the piston pump..if you had a pump failure the ppc lock solenoid valve screen may be blocked and won't allow pilot oil to the controls.. Iirc the solenoids are mounted to the partition wall between the pump and control valve area on th control valve side.. Should be 2 side by side
