i have a dozer with a transmission overheating problem i have no clue whatsoever since like 5 people worked on it but they replaced thermostat new oil filter but cant seem to find the problem they had put the thermostat opposite way but thats good now and it still over heats within 20 mins i need some suggestions

What does a thermostat have to do with the transmission overheating? It's hydrostatic so if it's getting too hot, there's either a restriction somewhere or a valve isn't working properly. I think they have a parking brake so maybe it's not fully releasing.
