Hi DavidL , I wonder if you have checked the battery leads , both the joints and the leads for stiff hard areas , copper may be breaking down causing resistance lowering your starting current . Nothing much takes 15 seconds to start .
Hi epirbalex, yes, the battery ends were cleaned and ends were replaced with new battery. Starter and ring gear were also replaced that were damaged due to back fire. Starter has good cranking speed so i think the high amperage is fine. I might end up using the rig today...will post back if the ECU fixed something. Thanx.
