I have a 05 z60/34 man lift. Having a drive issue. With booms in stowed position and faster drive active, the machine starts moving fine. When joystick in full position forward the machine accelerates so far and then engine seems to have an extreme load on it and stalls. Engine restarts fine. If machine moving slower than full position on joystick, no issues. Anyone come across this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Depends on your serial number, what engine you have and how your machine is set up. If your machine has a horsepower limiter board inside the platform control box, could simply need adjustment and could also be a faulty board. Engine rpm should be correct as well, you can pick up a cheap digital tachometer from harbor freight to check that. But I'd start with that limiter board if you have one. You can download the manuals for your machine from the Genie website, the service manual gives info on how to adjust the board.
