Genie s-85/4x4-ser#290-No Drive Function

Have a genie s-85/4x4 with no drive function. The customer was driving the unit down a very slite incline to load it on a truck. He started to go to fast and switched directions in motion. After the unit came to a stop he started to drive again and there was no drive function available. All other functions work fine. The unit will not drive in manually mode bye using the valve on top of the pump. We removed the pump and had it rebuilt bye a hydraulic dealer. Installed it back on the unit. No change. Any recommendation or suggestions on what to do next.

So what happens when you try to drive it? Do the RPMs go up with the command of the joystick?
