Genie Perkins Regen Issue

I have a Genie S-45. 2014. Perkins 404F-22

Only runs for 30 seconds. Shuts down with 3719 code for high soot level.

Soot level while running shows 3% full.

Just got the machine so I don’t have history on it. Not too familiar with the Perkins. I’m used to the Deutz.

Any experience with this?
