EX60-5 Idler Bearing tolerance in track frame

Looking to get an opinion on the tolerance for the idler bearing in the track frame. I've got a lot of play right now, and that is likely a good reason for my tracks coming off more frequently.

I suspect the best option would be to weld a plate of metal in the track frame vs. weld build up.

The EX60-5 service manual does not include the tolerance for the bearing to track frame, that I can find...

What is the overall opinion of a tolerance?

Also, is that a common area to apply grease? On the sliding action of the idler bearing to track frame contact.

On a side note, I've gotten really got at getting tracks back on!

Thanks,

Art
