We have a Gehl 5635 DXT that will run for 1 to 2 minutes then die. After setting 15 to 20 minutes starts right up only to die again. any ideas where to start?

Try loosening the fuel cap, could be a clogged breather. Look at the suction line if there's a section of rubber hose you can see, if it's sucked flat you have a blockage in the suction.

Lift pump should have a screen in it, and is typical that it gets clogged. I think it's an 8mm bolt on the face of it that comes off to expose the screen.

We don't think it is electrical, everything checks out. We didn't check the lift pump. Didn't know there was a screen there. Thanks so much.

Thanks to everyone for their help. For some reason it started and ran like it is supposed to. Still no idea for sure what was wrong.
