Have a case 1845c (friend just bought) that has a slow loader. The loader takes about 15 seconds to raise. It speeds up when you tilt the bucket. (the bucket speed is fine). Where is the best place to start? I am guessing linkages. If not that, then maybe the valve has a problem? How about a loader cylinder seal?

If the loader arms are raised, say 1/2 way, and the machine is shut off (stay inside the machine ..don't get out after you shut it off), do the arms stay raised, or do they creep down? If it creeps down, about how fast does it creep down from 1/2 way to the bottom? When doing this test, can you hear any oil leaking past the cylinders?

The cabin slides forward on these models.
It is possible the mounts are loose or the rops was not returned to the fully rearwards position, last time it was slid forward - the lift spool may simply not be getting enough travel.
Check the the cabin mounting bolts to be sure they are OK.
You can adjust the spool travel by removing the clevis pin at the spool & adjusting the clevis a couple of turns in the required direction.
