Buying the right CAT Excavator 345BL, 345C or smaller model 320

I have recently entered in to Chrome Mining venture in Zimbabwe, I am now looking to purchase 2 CAT Excavator. I have been looking at the CAT 365BL and 345C, however I would like to know if a smaller model such as the 320 can do the job just as well. What are the pro and cons to the bigger or smaller model for chrome mining. I like to extract the most chrome possible each day. What are the extraction weight load for these machines?
