Brakes not releasing on a 2004 JLG450-SII

Hi All,

I have a JLG450-SII (2 wheel drive) which has an intermittent problem with the brakes not releasing. When I push the control to move, the pump spins up and I can tell the motors are trying to drive the wheels but the brakes wont release. Occasionally they do release for a brief second but then they lock right up again. Anyone have any suggestions?
