You could search for the procedure for the equivalent Isuzu model, or tighten till the wheel gets hard to spin, spin it back and forth a few times, then torque it to something like 50ft/lb, BACK IT OFF, and tighten till you get the minimum free play, or very slight preload is acceptable.
