Hello all,

Cat 962G lifting lever electro-magnet stops being actuated when Lift angle sensor reach 500 and then lift lever goes to neutral position.
I calibrated the Lift Angle sensor as described in the manual and again the boom stop lifting itself when the sensor reach 500 in the calibration menu (7).
The value 500 corresponds nearly with the 50% of the boom height.

Can I make the magent to be actuated until the boom reach 85-90% of its height?

If you are referring to the Lift function kickout adjustment then AFAIK it's not part of the sensor calibration routine - all the calibration routine is designed to establish is the actual range of the Lift Arm Angle Sensor signal on any particular machine.

The kickout is set by raising the arms to the desired height and then pressing the top side of the "kickout set" switch. The switch has a pictogram of a bucket on it and is located on the LH console right next to the Hazard flasher switch.
