938g bucket level

does anyone have any information in how the bucket level feature works in a 938g loader. Serial number is crd00632. I haven't looked at machine yet but the operator is telling me that the bucket doesn't stay level while raising or lowering the boom. Thanks for any advice

Thanks again for the info, found failed power train ecm. We have had several 938g loaders with the same problem.
