This is kinda a two part question but I put it in the TLB forum rather loaders. I was talking iron(and I just relized I spelled iron "iorn" in my user name, lol) over coffee at the local BS spot and brought up Cat backhoes because no one wanted to run the 426C IT I used to run years back when we were still coworkers everyone wants the 420E. I have seen a few E series around working and did a pretty through once over at a fair but I haven't run one yet. I was wondering if Cat plans to offer that new Fusion coupler on the new backhoe's. I know that everyone that runs Cat IT backhoes has all kinds of IT buckets, forks, plows and brooms etc. for their IT machines but having spent quite a bit of time on IT loader's and backhoe's the coupler interface on the bucket end wear's out and gets very sloppy, mostly because someone puts greese one locking pin's and turns them into sandpaper. The other IT issue I hace come across it the coupler developing pretty bad stress cracks when using a side dump buckets on loaders and the 426C & 416C's I've run. I will venture to guess that slopp in the loader arms, coupler, and the side dump bucket itself put a ton of force on it. Just wondering if anyone knows about the Fusion or has their thoughts or have seen this before. Haven"t seen much info since they sad they were upgrading. Thank, Ryan
