this is sitting in my control box looks like a fuse, the only one that i can find... it has been pulled out and cant locate were it goes. have a wiring diagram but no help. any help would be appreciated.

It's a capacitor wisco, it's shown on your wiring diagram on diagram 7-5 Wiring Diagram - Platform Console Standard Controls. It should be connected using a Brown wire going from terminal 39 of terminal strip to the main ground stud that mounts the circuit breaker, several wires ground at that stud. The purpose of the capacitor is to bleed off residual power on main control power circuit. When foot switch is depressed, terminals 35 - 39 are powered up. When you release foot switch, power source is removed from those terminals and the capacitor bleeds off any that remains on circuit effectively killing circuit.
