Hey all !!
My first machine !!!
I'm looking at a Komatso PC45R-8 1999 !!!
I Am wondering if anyone has any experiences with this machine , good or bad ????
Just going to use it around the property !!! Looking for some advice on what I should checkout on the machine ??
Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated !!!!

Mike I would make sure you look at the big picture and see how well it was maintained and if its been beat to death! pin slop , how many hours , how it starts cold, look at the final drive oil and hydrolic oil for evidence of very fine metal. A fresh paint job would make me look even harder for what's wrong with it. a set of final drives could make you $7000 lighter in the wallet so make sure it tracks strait and both tracks turn at the same speed.

First excavator or first machine? it had better be a good deal or your project list odd. Why wouldn't you want a skidsteer or at least a backhoe loader instead. You realize how slow that machine is right? Do you have a dump trailer/bed?
