    Category 1 vs Category 2 attachments

    2003 Terex TX650 with 2 speed PT0

    I need to mow 20 acres size grass/weed for fire prevention. Can I attach a Category 1 attachment to my tractor although a category 2 is the more appropriate size attachment.
    I'm trying to save money because category 1 attachments tend to be cheaper.

    I use Catagory 1 implements on my Catagory 2 tractor all the time. Go to tractor supply or any tractor dealer and buy a set of bushings for about $6 and you are set.
