    LCW is probably the biggest precaster in the Southern Tier. They make their own concrete,too. Back when I worked for them, they made their own asphalt, too. Think they sold their plant to Baker. Not sure. They like their bridge work to be sure. Bridge rehab is their bread and butter. Lots of overlays (Microsilica). When times get tough, though, they'll build anything. Really a solid GC.
