    bobcat 863 traction lock problems

Hey I just went through this with my 753. The solenoid was only 125CDN cant see why it would be any different for the 863. In order to get at it, you have to flip the cab and you'll see it directly under the seat. 2 bolts and a connector and its out, you'll also have to remove the steering...

What jobs can I do with my 753

Hey guys, since I've got this machine all I've used it for is basically plowing snow. I have a blade and a hydraulic blower for it. I also have the standard bucket that came with it. What attachments would be worth investing in, and what kinda jobs are possible with the blade/bucket other then...

    Battery Options for 753 bobcat

Well I put a new spiral grid 770cca battery in my machine, and it has never turned over so fast or started so nice. The stock battery was only 700cca according to the part number. I also tapped inline and put a lockout on it, just incase anything was slowly draining the battery. So far its...

    Battery Options for 753 bobcat

Thanks for the info! I've got a lot to learn. I've had the machine for just over a year now and have only used it to plow snow. Would like to get into other stuff with it as well. Actually looking for an 18ft trailer as we speak.

    Battery Options for 753 bobcat

Very good ideas. I was actually thinking of getting a disconnect put on. Thing is I think this battery has been on the way out for a while, I've had to charge it every few weeks to keep it going. Yesterday I fired it up to move it outta the garage, now it wont start so I can put it back in. I...

    Battery Options for 753 bobcat

Just wondering what you guys are using. Ideally I'd love to find a gel-cell(like optimas) battery to put in it. I have 2 in my cummins and they work great. Mine don't seem to last long as my machine sits for long periods of time throughtout the year. Thanks, Ryan

What do you use your skid steer for?

Right now all I use mine for is snow removal. Have a bucket, blade and snowblower for it. Would love to get into doing some odd jobs with it come spring, not sure what I could do with at attachments I have now and which ones would be the best to do and most versitile.

    Radio needed

that looks awesome! My machine is so loud I'm not sure the speakers would be such a good idea. Right now I use a walkman with special sound dampaning earphones and they work really well. Has any one tried using sound dampaning material behind the seat and cab?

    Skid Steer with snow blower???

I have one on my machine, my machine isnt high flow and it works great. Once you have one you can't go back to a blade!! It rarely plugs, maybe if you try to plow through 3ft drifts. Once you get a feel for it you slow down let it throw and away you go.
