    It's a 225 Cat excavator. We had catastrophic failure of the left pump ( controls swing and left track). Since the repair, the gasket in the rebuilt pump keeps blowing out. The dealer thinks it's being caused by a collapsing hose.

    Pump destroyed all 9 pistons. I rebuilt pump. It works, but seems to be building up internal pressure and blew the gasket. All lines are clear and the filters have been changed. Any Ideas?

    Just recently got this excavator. Worked fine then stopped swing and travelling left track without warning. Fluid level is good. It makes no attempt to swing or travel left track. No change in motor while trying to swing or travel. Right track travels fine, main boom operates fine, dipper not...
