AC trinary switch could power the fan clutch if it's equipped with red dot AC. The bigger problem is your starter struggling to crank a fan blade. I think you've got a poor connection somewhere or weak batteries. Good luck

I'm gonna keep thinking on this one.

    Return filter blocked???

If we were talking about damage to a suction hose, yes, that would be a concern. But on a pressure hose or delivery, any damage not leaking is inconsequential to our troubleshooting. If your pump is in good order, the pump shop said you were good. Their job is to sell you stuff. Why would...

Will i ever find my tools ?

We all say that until we see that next "shiny thing" that catches the eye. I've slowed down, but haven't stopped or quit looking.

    Volvo contronic tool

I don't, but that thing is helpful for loaders, haulers and with an adapter dongle early B series excavators. Not a one trick pony at all. Good luck

    Return filter blocked???

Looking at your pump, P1 & P2 are variable displacement. See that line that goes diagonally across the pumps? That indicates variable. See the dotted line that acts on that lever? That's pump control. It looks like the pump strokes itself as in negative control but the spools shift to block...

    Return filter blocked???

I'm at a disadvantage here. Can't clearly identify the ports on the RCVs the MCV or the pump. The lines, valves etc are great, it's just when you try to read the ports, things get fuzzy.

    Return filter blocked???

Your service literature, I've been looking at your schematic. You don't seem to have a LS line going back to the pumps. It looks like you have 2 pwm valves controlling pump displacement. If that's the case, your computer must be looking for feedback from a sensor to relay pump demand, then...

Champion 740 wheel stuck on hub

I would suggest letting the air out of the tire. I've had on more than one occasion where the inflated tire causes the rim to bite into the hub pilot. Maybe leave 5-7 psi to avoid breaking the bead. Of course, spraying it down with B'laster or Kroil will help too. Good luck.

I agree, back in the time of KISS. It was also interim electronic with that drive by wire pump. Shoulda left the levers on the pump.

2002 EC360BLC S/N 10284 WILL START AND DIE INTERMITTENTLY Please Help

The MDUs weren't great at logging errors if it wasn't active at the moment. A contronics box would at least give indication of what happened if anything. I miss those fragile little boxes.

2002 EC360BLC S/N 10284 WILL START AND DIE INTERMITTENTLY Please Help

Ahh, but I do remember them constantly having issues with needle lift sensor fault, after warm up which would trigger shut down. But OP states, no error codes?

2002 EC360BLC S/N 10284 WILL START AND DIE INTERMITTENTLY Please Help

I stand corrected, you are right sir. I totally forgot about those morphodites. That's got that goofy 2 chamber shut-off valve. I thought that was strictly in the older E series loaders. Still, they either work or don't, I don't recall them shutting down in operation, have you experienced that?

    Return filter blocked???

That looks ugly, but that's a pressure hose, not a suction. If it was leaking, you'd know.

    Return filter blocked???

How is your tank vented, it should have something to maintain positive pressure in the tank at all times. Similar to a radiator cap or pressure release valve. In the tank, on top of the oil you should have ½ to 1 bar of tank pressure to ease cavitation problems. It's basically pushing oil into...
