    I used the gas axe method to remove mine, can honestly say I haven't felt that kind of fear ever before working on a piece of equipment.. Making that first cut and the noise it makes when it let's go! Hahah I was trembling Chaining it down made me feel better, not sure it accomplished anything

    Congrats on your purchase! Fabulous machine and tough as nails! Rails don't look awful, would look at changing out rollers sooner than later, looks there might be some flat spots. will burn up your rails in short order if they aren't turning. Start with a good wash and see what your up...

    Wondering if anyone could run that part number through the CAT database and see what other machines used it? I'm sure that cooler would have been installed in other machines? Maybe I could get lucky and find something at a wrecker? Thoughts?

    Thanks Nige, Yes I did check out Offroad and they did provide me with a quote. Trouble is shipping to Canada is always a headache and usually expensive. Hoping to find someone in Canada that can build me one.

    Yes! All new seals in the adjuster, figured I might as well when I was in there... The good folks over at Dan-Mar tractor (Nisku, AB) were brave enough to put it together, great service and fair prices.
