Mitsubishi BD2G Questions
Not sure on other people's fixes... BUT I'd check to be sure your relief valve is not stuck open and after cleaning out put a pressure gauge on it to see if pressure is adequate... The only other thing would be the pump itself I'd suspect... Good luck... -

If it's a D31A-16 it will be a 1977... If it's a D31P-16 then it's a 1978... -

Oh for sure I'll be cheaper. :) LOL... Yes same as the bevel gear side flange they pull off same way and seals replaced from the inside cavity... Good luck and talk soon... -

Yeah you can just pull the inner flange out using the 2 bolt holes built into the center acting as a puller... Then just change the seal out that way... You don't need to remove the shaft... Keep me in mind for all your parts needs if you still need them... May not be the cheapest but I try to... -

M10 8.8 structrual steel zinc plated bolt "googled" 30 ft/lbs... Other websites may say differently so I'd compare and use your best judgement. -

UPRIGHT SB60 problem erratic controls
Hey Andy, Yeah it stinks when equipment gets glitches like these. After changing the main control board and using the optimizer I was able to get the controls to funtion properly.. The dang board was like $1,000. :( Sorry I can't be of any more help..- darinray

Ok.. Contact me anytime.. Keep in mind that these steering clutches are always engaged so that is why it's goes back and forth right now. If you put it under load and the tracks don't stall they are gripping good. (push the brake pedal on the right in to see if engine strain) But first I think... -

If your pulling the lever all the way back toward your chest the brakes need to be tightened so the lever travel is only like 6-8 inches or so (not sure on exact) but when adjusting the brakes tighter you should feel the resistance in the levers when pulling actuating the brakes inside. Keep us posted. I had one machine here that had the same symptoms and was actually ONLY the darn inching valve linkage was froze up not allowing the transmssion to fully engage. Take the floor board off and make sure the linkages are all moving as expected. Good luck :) -

Welcome to the forum.. Yeah there is a pile of pages in this section and I can remember when it was started. Well barely but still.. WOW times flying.. If the steering clutches are not releasing when trying to turn it will bog the engine down IF the brake bands are functioning properly too... -
