    International bucket truck

Sounds like it's an Aerial lift of CT. I take it that this is a to truck, correct? If so ALC produced units that used a planetary rotation gearbox, instead of a work gear more commonly used in bucket trucks. So it's possible the gear set has broken inside. Under the covers at the tried is the...

Hydraulic hose repair stuff on service truck

I'm in the aerial lift biz, and I make a lot of hoses, sometimes in very long lengths. My service truck is tiny, 9 ft enclosed body. I carry all my hose in 30 to 60 ft coils, jammed into one shelf up at the front of bed of the truck. -4,-6,-8 and a little-12 in two wire and then -4, -6 and-8...

I would definitely look into getting the operators manual as the manual is considered part of an aerial lift and is supposed to be present on the machine at all times. Telsta units were often built...

    Telsta boom with bucket

Single telescopic boom, articulated telescopic boom? A picture may help. There aren't that many telsta models. On some models the data tag is mounted right behind the drivers window. Once you find out what model it is you can contact Altec Neuco for a manual as they own the remains of telsta.
