    Komatsu pc7000

It should also give it more lifting power. It would have the full piston to put pressure against, vs the other way has the rod taking up half the diameter of the piston to push against

    Track removal

To loosen the track pull the whole adjuster valve. Grease fitting and adjuster all as one. Pull it all the way out. To loosen it I push the bucket down to lift the front of the machine then track in reverse to pull the idler back in. 2" pipe is probably about the right size. Your problem is...

Having trouble with John Deer CT322 Skid Drive Sprocket removal

Haven't done it on a 322, but a 332 should be just the same. Once you remove all the bolts on the sprocket you just have to work it off with a hammer and pry bar. If you were making seals leak I'm thinking you forgot a bolt or something. They will rust onto the final drive but not that tight

How to angle cut a hill side

Sounds like you don't get along with the neighbor? If not.... Leave it be. Except for planting...one tiny lonesome Kudzu plant. Take care of that hill in no time

    New T-Mar Grapple Yarder

Okay so let me see if I'm understanding this right. Three drums on the machine? One drum has the main line. Runs all the way out to your tail hold. Second two drums, Im sure I'm wrong but this sounds right in my head, Go down to a block also on the tail hold. One line runs up the mast, all the...

    New T-Mar Grapple Yarder

Any chance of a basic run down of all the control for us southerners? We don't have anything like this down here.

    tool for a service truck

If you're having hose and o ring failures every day, when you replace one, make a note of what size it was. Do that for a week or so and then at the end of the week go by a cat or deere parts house and buy an O-ring kit that contains those commonly replaced ones. Same thing with the caps...

    Tigercat 822C

Haven't been in an 822c. I've got an old straight 822 that the boys on my thinning crew run. On mine the saw head has a big button on the right console to turn it on. Everything in the machines are labeled very clearly. You'd have to purposely press the button to turn the disk on. No worries...

    Tinted windows on equipment

Two layers of 5% would technically be 0%. I put on the first layer then let it cure for a week or so then put another layer on top of it. From the outside it looks like spray paint. But from the inside you can see out perfectly fine. Working in the woods at night you do need to crack a window to...

    Tinted windows on equipment

What most people do not realize about tint is that it is much darker trying to look in, that it is to be inside looking out. My personal vehicle has double layers of 5% on the side windows. Can't look inside to save your life. But you can look outside of it just fine.

Skid Steer Bucket thumb / grapple - Case 1845c

Never used that exact machine or set up but on all my mulching heads I mount one of these to the head to hold the hoses out of the way. Works great. It can be cut down to the height you need and they usually aren't expensive at all. Many big truck stops have them on the shelf...

    Pine tree roots

A good axe is really all you need to get rid of the roots. Or depending on what kind of mower you have take a look and see if you can find "zero lift" blades for them. Just a flat blade with no drop or curve on them. Don't throw rocks or dust. Extremely tough blades

    Question- using new cutter

The upper and lower buttons control which way fluid runs. Hitting the upper button will turn the cutter one way. The lower button will reverse it. Only one direction works at a time

does the john deere 6675 skid steer have a fuel primer?

Any chance you can get someone to go with you to help you? And an air compressor. I've got an idea that I had a similar problem with one of my machines once. Didn't think about it when I first posted here. The problem was it would get a small piece of trash in the line. Sometimes it would run...

    10 ton beaver tail ramps

Most all 10 ton deckovers I've ever seen all basically have the exact same ramps. Either 5 or 6 feet long. Usually 6" channel runners and 2" angle as said above. I can get you some measurement and pictures tomorrow on my 10 ton superior if you'd like

    What is this??

Guestimating from the width of the 3point on the back I'm gonna say it was just a cheap way to make a hi crop tractor. That appears about the right width. Spacers were just cheaper than dealing with frame modifications. As for all the rust and few hours, I'm gonna say hour meter is broken and it...

trailor mounted knuckleboom log loader swing bearing???

Well if you've got the money to spend on it, then rent a crane. Rig up the house to the crane. Set the grapple down on the ground at full stick and use the grapple as a pivot point.

trailor mounted knuckleboom log loader swing bearing???

To get it off the trailer look at it and they are 99% of the time held to the trailer with several large u bolts around the frame rails. Undo those bolts. Set some large stumps under the outriggers and use the outriggers to lift itself up off the trailer then just pull the trailer out from under it
