    gonna have to trace the down wire from the ground control box to start with. check where the wires go through the turn table. may have to separate the loom.

    your way of testing is ok. have you verified that you actually have 24 volts at the batteries? also verify you have 24 volts at the ground control panel. (e-stop, key switch, up down switch)

    yes you need to check and make sure you are getting 24 volts to the coil. its mounted on the cylinder block near the base of the cylinder.

    that unit does not use the motor to lower. just uses coil to open the spool on cylinder block, to lower by gravity.

    i have a jcb 135 skid steer that was running and died. its not getting power to the fuel solenoid, also noticed that when cranking the display shows 0 rpms. i have checked fuses and relays. any suggestions?

    start with the basics. check fuses and connections. it sounds to me like you have left something unplugged or a connection is not making good contact or even a ground wire left off.

    Well gotta pull the cab on this one after all. Got new compressor, condenser and accumulater. Was flushing system out and I can’t get anything through the evap core.

    Ser hydo2415. Is the orfice tube located at evaporator core? If so is it accessible without pulling the cab. I tried to look up orfice tube in the cat parts catalog, but apparently they call it something else or I’m doing something wrong. Can look up other stuff. Just not that

    Jlg has their manuals online. You should have the green light lit on the power module. The manuals have wiring schematics. Again make sure the small wires on the main positive post are making contact and not corroded off.

    02 is a communication error. Most of the time I find it at the connector where platform box plugs in. I have had some of the cables have wires crossed at the platform connector. These were new cables. ( the curly cord). Did you update to the gen 5 box?

    First check battery connections. Make sure the red wires are connected to the main positive terminal. Also pull the cover off the power module ( between the steer tires) and see if you have a light on. They go to sleep (as jlg termed it) you can wake them up but you’ll need an analyzer to do...
