    Mack END673 headgasket(s)

Basically old age from the constant beating/shaking going on.

    Mack END673 headgasket(s)

My book states oil, install finger tight and back off 1\3 turn. Torque nuts in 50 ft/lb increments.

    Mack END673 headgasket(s)

Some early motors(non turbo) didn't have fire rings, thus if you bolt a turbo to them they had a chance of blowing out. I've had two broken studs over the years, drove for hours with it leaking and after installing a new stud, closed it right up. BTW, it broke different stud each time. Snap...

    Mack END673 headgasket(s)

Well, no good news. Sorry. I got a pile of odd gaskets but no head gaskets. If your gaskets aren't hurt I would consider reusing them. Just need the rubber o rings.

    Mack END673 headgasket(s)

Let me look in my junk box of gaskets I have, maybe by some stroke of luck I have one? two? If yours aren't damaged, then I'd likely try to reuse them. I have broke a couple head bolts on my 673P and drove for 100+ miles with it chirp'n away. Got old stud out, screwed new on in and continued...

    1975 International 4300 Dumptruck

Yup, good looking Binder, for sure. Liked mentioned, you need to find what motor and why it won't run first. Most of the common running gear parts won't be too hard to find(motor/trans/rearends).

Pulling a Full Trailer w/a Small Truck

Yup, looks like a typical Cali dump Hi Birken. Been a long time since I've seen your name on a post anywhere.

    Three-stick W900?

Thanks. Just a lil '59 B61. It started as a Triplex(5x3), but when I stretched the frame I needed a carrier bearing. Instead I stuck a 4spd Spicer in it. Gives me a 5x3x4. Actually the 4spd runs in direct for the most time. The splits are about the same as the Mack compound, so I don't...

    65 International

What model truck? I'm guessing it likely is a 345 or 392, as those came with Holley carbs(either 2bbl or 4bbl). My '72 1210 pickup had 345/2bbl Holley. Friend had 1210 4wd with 392/4bbl. Would pass everything but a gas station..........and gas was only about .76/gal back in the early 80's.

    Reverse Tailgating

Nice work. Likely had to go backwards, or couldn't make it up to come back down forward.

    Three-stick W900?

Let him step into MY truck and see how quickly he can throw three "real" levers around. Not some air switches....

    Tire Question

I swapped to 11R22.5 on my Mack. Used rims were $50 each(cleaned/painted). This was 10 yrs ago...........so don't hold your breathe for cheap anymore. Tires have doubled since then and I dread the fact I ever have to buy new ones LOL!!

    won't start

Welcome to my little world of terror....:Banghead I'm still chasing my tail on my S175 with similar issue. Would like to fix for my friend but I'm at wits end and getting too freak'n cold out to play with it :(.

    Bobcat S175 won't start

Luckily I raised the bucket up before starting on this fiasco ;) Didn't know the roof rolled back til the guy told me on the phone :o Ended up pulling the front sheetmetal off that hides the two control levers(F/Rev) so I could even get down to the wiring. I found the junction point where the...

    Bobcat S175 won't start

I contacted local place(where buddy bought it used from) and service guy said get him the serial number and he'll get me the schematic. Good news. I looked as deep as I could and not see where it went as it gets inside the cloth covering. I figure I might have to pull the seat out of it and...

    Bobcat S175 won't start

Ok, got some interesting findings. I got basically 12v at the battery and past the main fuse link above the battery. I get to the fuse panel and get.....................4volts!!! Huh? I see a big red wire running forward but have no idea where it terminates and how all the wiring at that...

    Bobcat S175 won't start

Dwan, it won't even turn over period(sitting in the seat or not) let alone try to start. Bill, that's a thought on the soleniod, but it won't even pull in at all to begin with. Thanks for the input.

    Bobcat S175 won't start

Yup, looked at it today, Kubota.

    Bobcat S175 won't start

Yes, the shut down is externally mounted on the right upper side of motor(looking at it from the back door). There is a solenoid hanging under it that moves the lever. That is why I was thinking that it needed constant 12v to stay open. It's got 4cyl diesel of unknown origin(to me). Dark...

    Bobcat S175 won't start

So....it seems I have more of an ECU problem? No warning lights or flashing stuff. It just won't pull the fuel soleniod or crank. Seems maybe the ECU is kicking but only for a short moment thus making it sound like a starter issue? If I'm understanding the shut off, it "latches" when it...
