John Deere 670A Motorgrader transmission issues-stops moving after a few minutes

I think you'll be doing a transmission with that much material. Probably a pump or your losing too much oil through the clutches. Might want to start looking for a used one to save on rebuild.

John Deere 670A Motorgrader transmission issues-stops moving after a few minutes

So this machine uses transmission oil in hyd system so it has to be something common with both systems. Now there is a engine disconnect on these so start there make sure it isn't engaged. The next logical place to me would be to check the transmission oil pump by putting a gauge into the trans...

Deere 800C - loss of hydraulic power

Ive had a gauge on a machine for a similar issue for two months now. It hasn't acted up since

Deere 800C - loss of hydraulic power

Yeah, your going to have to put a gauge at the spool pilot line and work back to isolate it. I still would think a code would be generated if the harness was being weird. I'm up in Canada and I do work for the dealer. I'm sure my boss wouldn't mind that for a couple weeks it is starting to cool...

Deere 800C - loss of hydraulic power

JHESL, there is a couple things that could do that to the swing function. Im wondering if the pump two flow rate valve is sticking but you should put a gauge in the pilot line to the spool and see what happens when it acts up.

    690d pilot pressure adjust

Install a gauge with a 8 jic tee at the regulator under the control valve and run at slow idle. Adjust the regulator valve to 350-500 psi

Deere 800C - loss of hydraulic power

Yes the main machine harness, cab back. Hitachi harnesses don't like heat and cause all sorts of breaks because the wires are too small of gauge. As for the pilot controllers I am talking about the valves inside the cab where the handles are attached to. Could be a issue in the pilot signal...

Deere 800C - loss of hydraulic power

That sounds like you have a short somewhere in the 5 volt sensor circuit. Power boost and auto idle circuit souldnt be connected. Probably needs a harness. We put them into 800s all the time. As for sensor calibration, there is none. What are your codes on the pvc through the monitor not the...

Deere 800C - loss of hydraulic power

It could be a bad pilot pump or regulating valve. Have you looked at the pilot pressure when it acts up? Be sure the engine is running at full rpm I have been to lots of calls that it turned out to be a fuel issue. There's a screen in the inlet at the injection pump that plugs up quite a bit.

Blown seal in JCB JS 240

Id get the rod rechromed if its not deep, if its deep replace the rod. Our machinist makes our rods for us. We have a place locally that can rechrome rods for us. From your description Id be leaning towards replacing the rod. If the chrome starts peeling it can go through your hydraulic system...

    Doosan Excavators

That is true with the pins and bushings but the pin boses are loose because the machining between the boss and the pin is not close enough.

    Doosan Excavators

First thing that should be said I am not an operator but a mechanic. The new 225 and 330/350(cant remember)I was working on were quite a tidy looking machine. The cab was really nice and spacious. The issue I found was the overall quality for example the pin bosses were very loose, if it was a...
