    Meyers plow pump oil ?

    Hi all, been using regular plow pump oil but its $ 9.00 quart was just wondering if anyone has just used ATF in there pumps ? And if so what kind of ATF ? I have used dex 3 for power steering fluid in my light trucks for years with no problems. Any input would be greatly appreciated !

    CAT 304.5 - Will not shut off - Bad alternator?

    Does it maintain a charge if you have a load on battery lights etc ? Try turning lights on while engine is running then diconnect positive side of battery. If alternator is bad the lights will dim eventually and machine will shut down. This may take some time before it shuts off. Not sure if...

    Bobcat E50

    928G Boy To relieve pressure on my machine I turn machine on but dont start it and press aux hydraulic button then switch the toggle for your hammer,thumb etc. Dong this bleeds pressure from lines. This is how my machine is hope that it works for yours !

    Welcome Spacecase, Both kubota and Bobcat are great reliable machines. Guess what sold me was that the Bobcat could dig faster than the kubota that I was intrested at the time. I have 1700 hours on my Bobcat 334 and just have done regular maint. Due for some new tracks now. Think in the future...

    For track tension there is usually a grease zerk behind a cover plate on under carriage just keep them pumped up with grease and you should have good tension. Thats how my bobcat 334 is.
