    Ok did some more research you were right it is 9048 the post about 9042 being converted got me comfused.Skagit SN are same for all models A116 could be the 16th of any model ever made but that is not the yarder sn its the sn of the carriers and has no conection with the hoist sn.

    The bulidrecords don't say anything abouta a Craig Carter but a Del Carter of Elma (8 miles west of Montesano) had a bought a new TY-90 (Y-9058) mounted on a Skagit T100 HD Trailer and it ended up in NZ working for Colin Rosewarne.
