    Hyundai 160 LC-9 thumb

If you have the two dead buttons on the joystick, you can add a 24v Rexroth Solenoid with all ports blocked under the cab along with a D03 Manifold. T into the pressure side of the foot pedal and run that to the pressure port on the manifold. Connect the A and B ports on the manifold to the A-B...

    Control change

Hyundai didn't include pattern change valves in their units until the -7A series of excavators. Your best bet is purchasing a pattern change valve from ebay or a local dealer. Carefully mark the hoses to the boom spool and the arm spool with zip ties or whatever is clever. Install 4 jumper...

    Hyundai r55-7 aircon blower fan

Hyundai has very poor documentation on their A/C units. They aren't the OEM for the A/C systems, another Korean company is. Anyway here is a parts breakdown. And double check that you are getting power to the resistors. They control fan speed.

    Hammers

How about the knuckleheads that penetrate the point into the rock and then keep dry firing even after the foot is against the rubble!? Have you got a point that you have had more success with than others? Chisel, cone, dust chisel, elephant foot etc? How about wear?

    Brake chatter on Dana/Spicer axles

RnR - Thanks for linking that website! That's an awesome reference point for the bosses machines. Hyundai has suggested adding a quart of "Equa-Torque" and then running it for 100 hours to let it condition the oil and brakes. I suppose I will see what happens in the next couple of weeks.

    Brake chatter on Dana/Spicer axles

The machine is a Hyundai 740-9. No noise at all when turning from left to right unless you are applying the brakes. The oil is what is recommended from the manufacturer, but I think that the short travel and constant braking is heating the oil up. I have heard people talk about using hydraulic...

    Brake chatter on Dana/Spicer axles

Hey all! Just wanted to see what you guys have had success with in elimination brake chatter on your wheel loaders wet disc brakes. Dana recommends 80-90 LS for the axle. Loader is being used inside a warehouse moving bulk materials. After about an hour of use, the brakes start growling pretty...

    sevice manuals

Are you looking for something specific from each or for the entire manual? FL 14C manual comes as a different book for each section. I believe your FL20B is actually an FL20 as Fiat never made a FL20B, but they did make a FR20B.
