sorry for the late reply ttowntrucking... if you did not get 5 volt will having problem as below 1. cable is old and and resistor is high. Change the cable. 2. total 0 volt mean that cable is broken, or relay is fault to work. Solution check cable is ok or not before check relay. If cable...- david-chen09

Dear digfaster, what yoiu do is below step. 1. Switch on the machine without start the engine. 2. Check every sensor connection and using multimeter to measure whether is 5.0V +-0.1V If all the sensor is correct supply all the voltage. please follow below to reset the PVC main board setting...- david-chen09
