2004 JCB 214 Backhoe Transmission issues

Check your relays when it happens again and move them around to see if the symptoms change. I had the same symptoms and traced it to bad relays that would stop working when they heat up with age

2012 Jcb 3cx erratic tach and battery light buzzer staying on

A very similar thing happened to me. Remove and clean your solenoids particularly Buzzer solenoid. They are all mostly the same. Change them around and see if the symptoms change. I believe mine was a bad alarm solenoid

Case 530 injection pump shaft needed

I highly recommend Pump Guy and strongly urge you to consider sending it to him. He helped me out with a case dozer injection pump and gave me advice on removal and re-installation that prevented the job from taking twice as long. He turned it around in 1 week and lent me the installation...

    JCB 2CX Loader Removal/Attachment

Hi Richard, I have a 212S. I assume you mean the front auxillary hydraulics? I shut the engine off and then move the control valve(next to loader) in both directions to release and equalize the pressures. Couplers usually push right on. If you have the front diverter lever set to operate...

    JCB Backhoe Starter Assistance

Agreed, the challenge is its in a shed w/o power 1/4 mile form the nearest power source. Heating it 5 hrs in advance really isn't practical with the generator. Also could not find an easy to fit coolant heater for it. The engine is really stuffed in . Thanks
