    the cooler is pretty tough, it may just need resealed. any radiator shop could probably seal off any leaky internal tube. replacement can be costly. good luck

    :usaMasterwelder is on target. Most KW or other frames are labled " DO NOT DRILL OR WELD TO FRAM FLANGES". I seen some dummies drill the flange to mount equipment and this is frowned by US DOT personal. What ever you do with the crack you need to fish plate the fram to stop it fron cracking again

    :BangheadWell now i have broken a head bolt. I got the torque specs from komatsu and they are in metrics so I converted them on line and the final torque ( 3rd stage) called for 170#. I think this is way to high. Any one know about head bolts on the d21a-3
