Hi Keito and all.....Yep, you crawl under to get to the drain plug. Remove the cover plate first...17mm bolt head with one bolt, I think. You will see the drain plug. I go under machine from the rear...ain't crawling under no blade! Drain oil per manual....warm engine. The engine will hold 2... -

I got my rollers from Heavyquip. Hydraulic oil filter only from Komatsu, but engine oil filters from auto parts place. No other parts needed yet. Good Luck........Pete -

I got my D21P-6 manuals from SSB Tractor for $184.23 last year. Phone #s are: 1-877-698-3033 and 1-631-451-8706. These numbers are from last year. Lots of Japanese writing in 'em, but English also. Pretty good manuals........... 3 manuals....Parts-Shop and Operation and Maintenance. Good... -

Hi Scott You gotta have room left for the piston and rod to move forward. It may be fully extended if the tracks, etc...are worn. You can look at the forward rails in front of the idler. On mine, I got about 2" of rail left that the idler can move forward. As far as removing the spring....it's... -

Hi Frank All I can tell you is that on mine, I had no cover....long since gone. One of the grease adjuster fittings was so rusted, it would not take grease due to the fitting being worn out and rusted out of shape. (I could hold the grease gun on hard and get some grease into it) I unscrewed... -

Hey Frank Those things can have lots of pressure on them. You should back it out about 1/2 turn and the pressure will release from the lower part of the special valve/fitting. If you break it off, it may fly out with great force. These grease fitting/valves can be ordered. I got mine from... -

Ok......here is a pic of my poor old dozer.....it is ratty looking. The Rops is homemade...sweeps too......the top of the canopy is 1/4" steel plate. Ain't no telling what this all weighs.....gives me stability at high speeds.....ha ha ha. I am looking for a set of regular seat belts to put on... -

Hi Danny My older D21-P (or E) has the 24 volt system......2 standard automotive batteries connected in series. They fit just rite in the battery tray behind and below the seat. Don't know what the original battery looks like. I guess the original paint on mine was yellow.......no green... -

It has 4 bolts holding the plates on each side. (4 bolts each plate) The shims are behind the plates on each side. I tightened mine up by removing shims. I got to thinking about it and realized that the rail was worn some and I had tightened up the plates to a worn area of the rails. I had 'em... -
