    Is it leaking out the weep hole? I've seen a few pumps do this and then stop, later to be told by the manufacturer that its designed that way? Lubes the seals apparently.

    Like shulace said, they are custom to each truck, normally with the vin no attached. We get a hard copy and dvd with each truck, ours are mainly C500, C510 and C540, so very custom, lol.

    We use loads of tri drives here in Oz, some macks but mostly Kenworth C500/C510, some twin steers. Some with meritor some with sisu hub reduction, some with signatures and some with QSK19, all with roadrangers,lol.

    Have you got the engine code? Eg: OM 422 etc. I'll have a look if you can get the code. Ok, bit of googling. It should have a OM441 A, if it is this motor then its a 11L. Hope that helps, I might have some torque settings etc in my toolbox if you need them. Many years since I worked on...
