    JD410c cab heater

That one there looks similar to the kind I'm looking at from Summit Racing. It sounds like it should work ok. Mine is located on the right side of the cab and under all of the gauges/lights/controls. Kind of a pita to get at...

    JD410c cab heater

fan quit working on the cab heater and it's very expensive to buy from the dealer. Has anyone ever tried some kind of after market heater. I'm talking about the kind that's self contained. It's the coil, motor, switch and housing. I found one at Summit Racing for half the price of the Deere...

Try a layer of about 6 to 8 inches of sawdust and cover with tarp or blankets. Check sawmills or such for the sawdust.

    lug nut size

I didn't want to drive it because the beads broke and I didn't want to damage the tire. Plus my biggest floor jack is only a 3 ton. I guess I could go buy a bottle jack but I'd have to dig a hole to get it under the axle.

Really? I didn't know that, thanks. It's the drivers side, so left hand threads. Good to know.

    lug nut size

Thanks man..........'preciate it. Now the fun starts. The axle is about 6 or 8 inches off the ground and I don't have a big enough floor jack. My plan is to block it up as best I can and then dig a hole under the tire to get it off the truck. I'm sure it's been done many times before. Just...

    lug nut size

Anybody have an idea what size socket I'm going to need for the lug nuts on my '89 Ford L9000? It's out in a gravel pit and I don't have much for big tools. I'm going to have to borrow or rent some tools to take out there with me and hope I've got the right one. It's an hour drive one way...

    Wacker WL 30 - thoughts?

This looks like an older thread so I hope nobody minds if I hijack it...........we are looking at a WL-37 Wacker and I'm wondering about reliability/quality of the machine. We demo'd one and it wouldn't start when the temp got down to about -10f

how do you keep mice out

Some pretty good ideas guys. I was also planning on using some of these ideas for my 5th wheeler and maybe even my hunting camp. The thing about the poison or traps is that they will lay there dead and stinking for quite a while before I get there to throw them out so I was thinking more along...
