    Rip 613g

    I just read Cat have discontinued production of the 613G citing 0 orders over an extended period, the downturn in the markets they are most utilised and a rampant used machine market. That makes the 23 the only eggbeater in the line now.

    New Komatsu graders

    Saw a few pics on the new Komatsu graders today, looks similar to an M series and the cab/operator visibility looks equal to an M series but it still retains the steering wheel and levers, the marketing pic shows it with the steer column forward so not sure how much it cuts the view when cranked...

    First 993K in NSW

    Here are a few shots with the arrival of the first 993K in New South Wales going to Blue Circle cement. Should be interesting to see it go out as there is a good chance it will stay on wheels for the journey to site and just have the cab and bucket removed.
