    Wirtgen Moldboard

Called "super c". They have tri braze also which is just hardened metal. The super c wears about the same as the factory wear parts, but is a hell of a lot cheaper. Just make sure you have them cut it to the dimensions and thickness you want, if's a mother to cut

    New Rhino track pads

I put them on my 210i, probably about 500 hours ago. So far so good, they are wearing identical to the oem's. From what I understand from what our rep told us, they are made from the exact same material as the factory, they are jusy made here in the states, hence the cheaper price.

No, they went pretty quick, sorry.

    Misc Wirtgen parts f/s

They are no longer needed since we sold our w1200, and I would hate for them to go to waste. Two brand new yo yo box sensors Two black spiral cables for the sensor control box, one is new the other used but works. Two rear leg steer joysticks for a w1200, both new. Two on off switches...

    Rx-600e

12 ft is working great for the most part. One of the idler bearings on the cutter drive belt system has gone out twice in it's first 500 hours, the second one only lasted 100 hours...and it's a sealed bearing...all the 200 series are way better on fuel. I did 3 days of 13" asphalt/base mix...

How good is the Wirtgen training course in TN

What exactly was the course called? Like I said they told me they weren't planning on doing any 200 series specific courses, so I'd like to check it out this winter if there is.

How good is the Wirtgen training course in TN

It depends on the class you take and how much you know. Our dealer keeps sending us every time we buy a mill. I went the first time in Jan 2010 to the process and application 2 day course...I've been milling 10 years so that was a complete waste of my time. All it was was a basic introduction...

After market track rails advice needed!

They are cheaper but you need to know a lil more than the chain length. You'll need link length and height. Along with width at the narrow and wide end of the link. Bolt locations to match the grousers. And measurements from the pivoting pin to the pin after it, and I think from pin to bolt...

anyone used the cat teeth with the lime green lids?

His brother was notorious for doing the same thing

Wirtgen or Cat 2 Meter drum

I'm gonna have to disagree with the steering statement. I can easily cut a small bullnose with a 210 which is a pretty damn tight radius without repositioning. If it's the controls for the steering you're talking about I've had nor heard of problems there either...just my two cents :)
