Earth Boring / Piers - Lo Dril

Hey guys, Just want to know if anyone has any experience with Lo Dril equipment. Is there a thread that has already covered this at all? We currently drill with a number of Old truck mounted vertical borers and are looking to upgrade to an excavator mounted set up like the Lo Dril...

    Volvo EC250 excavator

If you are referring to the new EC250DL range of Volvo gear...they are brilliant. It's basically the same as a EC240CL just with the pumps turned up for a bit more speed and a few minor changes here and there. In my opinion both of our EC240CL machines have been exceptional machines.

Bobcat 435 brakes at high speed

it shouldn't stop dead on both sides if it's just dirt and mud....never had this issue with any of our 435's. Have the Final drive oil's been changed recently?

    leaving engine idling

Unburned fuel deposits settle in the hone marks on the bores which creates a glazing around the bore causing excessive blowby, excessive oil consumption and can leave carbon deposits on top of pistons which can lead to pinking/pre detonation and hot spots aswell.

Bobcat 322 Leaking @ Swivel - Pics inside!

i have removed a swivel joint out of our 323 as it was leaking in the same way....A bolt had broken out of where it mounted up the top and therefor was obviously cocked over to one side....over a period of time it had slowly worn elongated and started leaking. The cost of a metal spray to build...

Dump truck to tractor quick connect

Ill see if i can find a few pics on the truck...it's fairly popular over here in Australia. I purchase them at a local Truck body manufacturer who build trailers, bodies etc.

Dump truck to tractor quick connect

If you can imagine the bolt on flange is bolted to the Chassis of the truck on the front and rear of each side and the Black TAB looking thing is welded to the subframe of the Tipper/Tray/Tank or whatever your attachment may be. The Clamp goes over the top of the tab and you push it down so it...

Dump truck to tractor quick connect

I've done it a couple of times with various trucks....best things to use are those over-centre quick release clamps. Requires you to bolt the main hinge part to the Chassis and weld the TAB onto the subframe of the body. But in my opinion the quickest and easiest way of removing a body. Saves...

    Question on Bobcat 337 swing

i have had this issue on 2 of our 435's. However it's more of a chattering rather than clicking, I have sent both machines to my local dealership to be told there was nothing wrong with either machines...I promptly told them that if it's a normal thing i will be sending in our other 2 435's to...

Eng. oil change interval 500hrs...... seems a bit long.

I do 500 Hour intervals for most of our machines...I've serviced our bobcat skid steers and diggers (16 of them) from brand new 5 years ago, some having upwards of 3000-4000 Hours now and they never burn oil, Never had any issues. Same with our Trucks and Big diggers.

    Kawasaki 65ZV

Good to hear someone else has one of these things mate. hehe. Our 65ZV sounds identical and has just ticked over 4000 Hours. It's been an absolute Faultless machine. Very smooth. I quite like the twin sticks for the bucket and boom. The only issue i have had with it was the proximity switch for...

demo saws, who makes the best?

I have not read this Topic but this has been an on going issue for me for the last 4 years. Having 9 demo saws throughout the company i have seen which really stand the test of time and punishment. Ranging from 5 x K750 Husqvarna - All about 4-5 years old...treated with little respect...
