    if it is a d38p-1 should have a s/n # start with a P then it is a true dresser dozer with komatsu decals and paint.. if it is then you will need to remove fuel tank and enter trhu top of steering case...sounds like the steering shafts have cammed over ..or the shaft is stripped out ...trouble...

    Just saying low fuel pressure is what kills those little priming pumps.... be sure to blow back thru your fuel supply hose and drain the water out of tank on a regular basics...

    Well I thank you for your time. I finally got my VCADS PRO up and running Found all six injectors to be shorted to the high side causing no start. the ecu codes were for a software update. I will get with help desk and reprogram....thanks
