HI Guys, Im a newbie here So I want to say thanks in advance for any and ll help.
So This is my Machine 2000 Bobcat 325 has around 1450hours.
This is my problem: I fired it up today went to tram and could barley move so
I looked around and had fluid coming from the a place on the inside of the track housing at the rear on the
Left track "on the side the cab man door is on, when blade is in front" looks like 3 hoses and then bolts going around
in a circle. Almost looks like fluid coming from a bolt. but im not 100% due to not being able to operate hydraulics and lay on the ground at the same time. im in Pennsylvania so its about 20 degrees and i have to work on it where its at because it wont move at all. I know its a lot but i really do appreciate any help here on to what it could be or what to try .i have pictures to not sure how good but i can share them if need be.

sounds like a final drive seal or hose... hopefully just a hose. Pull the cover and locate the leak

Cover is off but I can't really tell . I need to get someone there with me to operate while I look. Almost looks like fluid running out of or down the bottom bolt but the bottom hose is kinda clean and fluid all over under the machine like it was spraying

Looks like you need to steam clean it first then hopefully it will be obvious. If not you will either have to get someone else to operate the peddle or wedge it so you can look.

well its defiantly not a hose. its coming from where the drive motor meets the track housing for sure. now the thing is how does this come off? i cant tram that track without dumping my fluid, but i can do everything else. so i have it cribbed up and see 9 bolts on the front and 9 on the back side do they all have to come off? and not sure if i can get the track off since i cant tram it.

Hopefully its one of them orings behind the fittings
well it took me about 3 hours but i got it off and i see two spots that an o ring is blown out. i believe its behind the speed valve. but i have no clue how to get it off , kinda looks like 4 allen bolts but they are not on four corners they are kinda staggered and will need to be drilled. does anyone know if there is a rebuild kit?

fittings not looking to good There should be orings behind them. Any hydraulic shop should have these even your bobcat dealer

For that much o-ring to be showing I would think something is really loose or broken bolts....

Almost looks like the casting is worn and the o-ring has pushed out the side. Looks like you will need to remove the fittings to get at the Allen screw to remove.

Man you need to clean that mess up! Dirt and hydraulics is a bad combination.

Take the fittings out (after cleaning) and remove cap screws. rotary block should come off and with luck you will only need to reseal.

Did you have any symptoms before failure?

There is a good breaker yard by State collage if you are close and need a replacement drive.

Oh wow sorry for a very late reply, one of the 4 hex head bolts was broke took off cleaned and fixed for about 100 bucks. This was all takin apart in the middle of a field then cleaned and repaired in a shop. Thanks for everything.
