I want to secure our business data. What do you use to keep it private? I'd like to know more about a program or tool which can identify potential security vulnerabilities. Any thoughts? Or do you have any other recommendation?

Since this thread hadn't got any responses yet.....
I keep mine and that computer offline. That probably won't work for most.
Running quickbooks pro 2013 to keep records.
I do pay an accountant to figure and send paychecks and payroll taxes from my account, then e-mail me the amounts so I can enter them in my bookkeeping.

with todays technology, if you want to keep data safe, its best to hire a cyber security company to look at your set up( computer) and let them determine what you need, unfortunately it wont be cheap and it will never end, and nothing is full proof as you can see from all the BIG companies that have been hacked into..best bet is to have a separate computer that is never hooked up online to keep sensitive information..
