Raising the cab should be in the operators manual. If not, find the cylinder and trace it back, don't forget the lock.

Beds usually stick up because the pins are binding at the pivot, the cylinder is binding, or the valve is not releasing the pressure completely.

If it gets better when warm, then the fluid is just too thick. In that case, you could raise it with a load but not dump a few times, let it down and raise again to warm the fluid.

I tried pushing it down with my excavator the pistons flex because of the down pressure but no movement . I think the spool valve is stuck that it will not let the oil back to the tank and have no idea where that valve is located on this truck and how i would access it which i believe it is under the cab and not sure if the cab raises or flips . Literally just got the truck so do not know anything about it. Appreciate all the help in advance.

That sounds right. Without a manual or anybody else's help, I'd locate the control valve the same as for lifting the cab, follow the lines from the cylinder back. Don't go under the bed obviously, but you should be able to see where the hoses go to under the cab to find the control valve.

Been a while, but I believe the hydraulic valve is behind left front tire and is air operated by the control valve on the console. Maybe a place to start would be verify air pressure and operation of the control valve in the cab. Not aware that the cab tips at all.

Been a while and might not even be the same vintage of truck but i had one that had a box proximity switch in the back by the pivoting pins that went bad and did the same thing guy raised the box up and couldn't get it back down. Might be worth looking into you should be able to see them with out getting under the box just by looking where the tail lights are.
