Adding hydraulic winch to a Komatsu D20S Track Loader

You may need a power beyond valve. It's also possible your machine might have an extra valve for a ripper you might be able to use. It depends on how the winch operates on what type of valve you need.

    Cat 955k

See if your repair hose failed. I had a JD loader somebody replaced a hose with rad. hose and it just swelled up and burst over time. It was a special type of hose you had to get from JD cut to size. I think it was partially silicon hose. You may need to replace the copper tube though.

    Replacing halogen with leds

Flood lights up better than daylight on my skid steer. Much better than halogen but a whiter light. I've read they aren't good if they get covered with snow because they don't get hot enough to melt it.

    The new replacement

Interesting steering arrangement. Can't tell if uses an orbitrol or something else.

    1988 D3B RADIATOR

That is an early D3B, the 67th one made according to a booklet I have. If it's like a 931B, you have to take the nose off and then remove the rad. You can't just remove the rad. If I recall you need to get a couple of forged lifting eyes to thread into the nose to attach a lifting chain or...

    Caterpillar Paint

Would seem it needs just a little thinner. Might have to experiment a little, 5%, 10% and see if it sprays better. Dupont Centari was really good 1 step paint but automotive paint is mostly base coat clear coat now.

This will be an interesting thread moving forward......

Yeah, that's much better than the countless numbers of people who exaggerate their resumes and then can't/don't live up to their own hype. Who gets hired does tell a lot about the person doing the hiring. There's a lot of them that love the brown nosers. I was always pretty honest on my resume...

Why is it by appointment only to go look at the equipment? Most legit dealers have equipment on display so prospective customers will see it and stop in to enquire about it.

Chrome shaft pitting repair back yard

Also notice how wallowed out the pin eye on the rod is. Amazing that a poorer country can neglect expensive machines so much. I wonder where the money comes from to buy them in the first place? You'd think they'd really take care of them.
