    Remove the pump drive coupler on the front of the engine and see if it will roll. If not, remove the starter motor and try again at the flywheel teeth.

    Turbo Rebuild

    Look for signs of engine oil inside the boost hose or intake manifold. That will tell you if the turbo is passing oil on that side.

    Has the engine rolled at all? It may have a bent rod that is striking the block internally. ATF works the best for removing a ring rust lock but it may need to sit for a few days.

    You need to determine what part of the system is faulting. Do you have a joystick with hydraulic pilot hoses?

    I believe that is a severity code and not the actual fault code.

    1991 Case 1845C tilt piston seals

    The actual piston seal is the grey ring. You have the bonded guide piston..........the guide rings in your seal kit will not work on that piston.
