    Sany so called warranty.

So in having my local mechanic diagnose the failed DEF module since he has truck and heavy duty computer capability, we removed it foolishly thinking Sany would send us a replacement.. But noooo, they want a Sany certified technician, Enter joke here, to verify, Our dealer is 4 hours away. Sany...

Which excavators have the smoothest/most responsive controls?

We have 7 Sany excavators. 16,35,50, 2-75's, 135,215. No issues any more than other emissions units. getting warrantry parts from Sany, not the dealer, is a pain in the ass. We bought from a washington dealer long before the canby dealer showed up. All I can say is on DEF machines, keep that...

The hub that holds the ring gear was welded up and that is the only thing I can find out of standard. Maybe cocking the ring gear some. Or a bad install on a planet shaft and damaged a bearing? not sure. BUT I cannot find a torque spec for the hub nut. It is the large ring nut with lock plate...

centerline, everything you described was not the issue. Its the first things we checked, we have over 40 years each in this business. It was a part left out by the dealer as it turns out.

    Komatsu PC250 slow bucket dump

It appears we have found and solved the problem. I dont know if Dan took pics , but unscrewed the spool ends to check the check balls and they were there, on one of the stems there was a machined groove that looked like it accepted an oring and backup. So he put one on it, before reinstalling...
